MRCD and MDB: Core Logic for High-Bandwidth Server Memory 

The MRCD and MDB chips serve as core logic devices for high-bandwidth server memory modules - MRDIMM / MCRDIMM. This chipset employs double data rates and time-division data multiplexing technology, enabling simultaneous access to two memory ranks at standard rates, thereby achieving double the bandwidth. 

The first-generation MRCD and MDB products support data rates of up to 8800MT/s, meeting the high memory bandwidth demands of applications such as high-performance computing and AI.
